Mama, it’s finally here. My book — The Lazy Mom’s Guide to Motherhood — is now available!
This isn’t just a book.
It’s a love letter.
To every mother who’s ever felt like she wasn’t doing enough…
To every woman who’s been silently carrying the weight of guilt, burnout, and unrealistic expectations…
This book is my truth — written in grace, humor, and raw honesty.

Why I Wrote Lazy Mom’s Guide
What started as a personal rebellion against burnout turned into a full transformation. Motherhood was never supposed to feel like martyrdom. And the more I unlearned, the more I realized…I wasn’t lazy. I was tired. I was overwhelmed. I was doing too many of the wrong things.
The Lazy Mom’s Guide is my way of helping other moms break free, too, from shame, from perfectionism, and from that toxic idea that “rest equals failure.”

Let’s Redefine Lazy
If lazy means choosing rest, soft routines, and inner peace, then yes, I’m a lazy mom. And I hope this book gives you permission to be one too.
With love,
