Digital Products

• Digital book purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Physical Books

• Physical books are non-refundable, except in cases where the package was not received.

• We allow exchanges of physical books only if they are returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

• To initiate an exchange, email info@efitmilifestyle.com with your order details.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order was not received, please email us at info@efitmilifestyle.com within 45 days of purchase with your proof of purchase. We will investigate the issue, and if verified, a refund or replacement will be issued.
