After booking, you'll complete a short pre-session survey about your goals, income, responsibilities and challenges.
2. I draft your roadmap
I review your answers and prepare a personalized Transition Roadmap before we meet, so our time goes into decisions, not background.
3. We refine it together
In our 90 minutes, we walk through your roadmap, adjust what doesn't fit your real life, and agree on your next steps.

I made this leap myself, so I know how big it feels.
After 11 years in a corporate career, most of it developing people as a Performance and Development Supervisor, I left my 9-to-5 to build my own income from home, with my kids around me.
I'm the founder of Efitmi Lifestyle and the author of The Lazy Mom's Guide to Motherhood. In our session, I bring both: the coaching experience to help you plan, and the honesty of someone still walking this road.

Questions moms ask
Do I need to already have a business? No. It works best if you have an opportunity, a service idea, some side income or a direction you're seriously considering, and you want help deciding the best path forward.
Does this mean I should quit my job? No. Together we'll work out what needs to be true before you make any big change. For many moms, the right next step is building income alongside their job first.
What happens after I pay? You'll book your session time and complete the pre-session survey. I use your answers to prepare your roadmap before we meet.
I'm outside Jamaica. Can I still book? Yes. Sessions are online, and the price is about US$160, depending on the exchange rate. Your card provider handles the conversion.
