Amazon KDP Journey Update: My First 90 Days (and What’s Next!)

Hey, lovely readers!

I wanted to give you an exciting update on my Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) journey since I started back in June. It's been an incredible learning experience so far, and though I’m still figuring things out, I’m excited about where this path will lead.

Right now, I have 6 books live on Amazon, and I'm in the process of discovering which niche really works best for me. It’s been a bit of trial and error, but that’s the fun part of exploring new ventures, right? 🌟

Amazon KDP Earnings So Far: The Starting Point

Here’s a snapshot of my earnings from June to September:📈 $36.80.

It’s not a huge number yet, but it’s something, and I’m excited to see it grow. My goal is to have at least 30 books available in two formats (ebooks and paperbacks) by the end of my first year. On top of that, I’m aiming to hit a consistent $500 per month in earnings. I know I’m a little behind on my income goals, but I’m confident that as I continue to create, things will pick up.

What’s Next? Creation Mode, then Sales Focus

At the moment, I’m fully immersed in creation mode—just focused on getting content out and experimenting with different book ideas. I’m winging it when it comes to sales right now, but trust me, I have big plans for the next phase.

In the coming months, I’ll be shifting my focus to marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and really make these books work for me. I’m excited to share this journey with you because I know the best is yet to come! 💪
